Tall Unit Pull-Out Trays

Two shallow trays ride clear of the tall cabinet next to the oven, holding oils, vinegars and bottles where the cook can see all of them at once. Railed edges keep tall bottles steady on the way out. Storage placed by task rather than by leftover space is decided at the layout stage.
